Privacy Policy (waitlist)
Version 2026-10-17 · Effective from the date the waitlist opens. This policy covers the tennismyself.app website and waitlist only. A full policy for the app will be published before the app launches.
1. Who we are
TennisMyself (“we”) is operated by Smartbee LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Contact for privacy requests: privacy@tennismyself.app. General questions: support@tennismyself.app.
2. What we collect
- Email address (required to join the waitlist).
- Consent record: that you agreed to launch emails and confirmed you are 16 or older, the consent text version and time.
- Optional survey answers: phone type, how you learn, stroke to fix, willingness to pay, self-rated level.
- Sign-up context: page language, campaign tags in the link (UTM, copy variant), referral code, and the country derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- No cookies are set by this website. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. Why we use it
- To confirm your email (double opt-in) and tell you when the app launches and when early access opens.
- To understand demand (anonymous, aggregated statistics such as phone type and willingness to pay).
- To run the referral queue (your position and referral count).
Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Confirmed sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the app launches, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and withdraw consent. The fastest way is the “Unsubscribe and delete my data” link in any of our emails — it deletes your record immediately. You can also email privacy@tennismyself.app; we respond within 30 days (usually within a week).
7. Children
The waitlist is for people aged 16 or older. If we learn that someone younger has joined, we delete their data.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to the database is limited to the operator.
9. Additional notices
- EU/UK: you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California: we do not sell or share personal information.
- Korea: see the Korean version for notices under the Personal Information Protection Act, including the privacy officer.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the version date above and, for material changes, email you.
